- Construction: entirely in stainless steel, curved safety glass, sliding polycarbonate doors on the operator side.
- Flexibility: halogen lamp at the top, combined with the bain-marie, ensures food is kept at the right temperature, in compliance with all hygiene standards.
- "Drop in": stainless steel frame that can be recessed thanks to its edge.
