- 3 spits (usable length: 900 mm) available, each for 6 poultries (1.25 kg).
- Free-standing version (cabinet on request).
- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Capacity of 6 poultries per spit. All spits are supplied as standard with 2 end spikes and 4 intermediate spikes, fitted with athermic handles.
- Gas heating: ceramic radiant heaters fitted with safety thermocouples and removable heat deflectors.
